WHAT IS A BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP?

Do you feel you can benefit from connecting with other entrepreneurs or providers?

Do you feel that you can benefit from an advisory team?

Do you need motivation and support to grow your business?

A business accountability group (BAG) is the perfect way to lighten up your business!

A BAG is a group of like-minded people that meet regularly to help each other achieve their goals. Members meet in an open, supportive environment on a regular basis to share ways to overcome obstacles that inhibit growth, mental blocks, and receive guidance on new business ideas.  Business accountability groups are a great way to:

How does it work?

Applications are due on April 8th. All applications will be reviewed to determine potential group members. Groups will be determined by growth stage, personalities, and common needs.  Each group will have only 6 members.

An interview will be scheduled with the potential members. After the interview, group members will then be selected. Participants must make a 3 month commitment to the group and respect the confidentiality of its discussions. The value of the group increases as relationships and trust deepen over time.

Accountability meetings will start early June and will be held every two weeks via online conference. Meetings generally last 1 - 2 hours.

Every meeting, participants can expect to check in, set a goal, and talk about areas in need of support in order to grow. Each person brings their own set of skills, background, business experience to the table, and everyone learns from another's perspective.

Participants will also benefit from a closed Facebook group dedicated to the group.
